Request was from two individuals, for a copy of the Huntly East Land Subsidence Policy 1993 and information given to residents and homeowners within the area covered by the policy.
The version from 1993 was a significant update as it made provision for homeowners of houses within the policy area with little or no damage to seek purchase by the Crown. Previously the policy was focused on repairing or purchasing houses with clear damage from mine subsidence.
